First month adds a one-time PKR 5,000 setup (PKR 18,999 total). Service replies within the 24-hour window are free. Meta rates are approximate and billed directly by Meta — switch to yearly to save 2 months on the plan fee.
Your bill has two clear parts: our platform plan (the prices above) plus Meta's per-message charges, which we pass through at cost. Nothing else.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens. Every reply you send inside it is free. The window resets each time they message again.
All customer-initiated chats — support, questions, chatbot replies — are free, unlimited, on every plan. You only pay Meta when you message outside the window.
